How Do We Work
We understand time is of the essence when you are expanding your business to another region in the world. Therefor, we have developed a streamlined 3 step process, which is outlined below. From first contact to starting your Netherlanding, takes approximately 1-3 weeks in total, depending on the scope of the project.
Discovery Call
The goal here is to get to know you and your business, your goal in the region in the next 1-3 years, the timeline of setting up in the region and hiring talent. WHERE ARE YOU ON THE TIMELINE. We will discuss the different services we offer and assess the scope of the assignment. We will give you an estimation of our delivery time and schedule another call to go over our offer. This meeting is free of charge and will take approximately 30 min - 1 hour. If you wanna go Dutch, we won’t go Dutch and pay for the first round.

Who are we / who are you? Where are you on the timeline? What do you want us to do?
Proposal Presentation
After the discovery call we will request access to all relevant documents and information of your business before we can provide you with an accurate time estimation. Ahead of the meeting we will send you our proposal with an overview of the different services we provide. We will break these down into projected costs and estimated time of delivery. We will present you with our strategy, key improvement points, expected delivery time and project management. You will leave this meeting with a clear understanding of our service and all of its different aspects, the added value we create for your business and an overview of our costs + an overview of time and money we will save your business by working with us.
Partnership Agreement
We will quote an hourly rate, which will total a set amount and is based on our projected time estimation. We want to ensure that we always deliver the highest quality service. This means that sometimes our projections might need to be adjusted. If this is the case, or in the event that there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed immediately about this and we will inform you on our adjusted time projection. There will always be a build in margin of "overtime", this is usually between 10-20% max. We will have an agreement for this in place which both parties will need to sign for in the Partnership Agreement.
